The “Template Boxing” methodology and tools within 12d Model Software is no longer recommended to Users as the best functionality within the software to produce a subgrade model for road pavement design.
Whilst the Boxing definitions files (*.bf) and tools can still be used. The advancements in the use of MTF layers, trimeshes and solid object modelling in the current realise of 12d Model software have far more benefits and can be easily applied to a wider range of infrastructure project applications.
Please check out the “Design > Pavement” options and ask a 12d Model Technical Support member for assistance if this is required.
