12d View is a free 12d Project and data viewing software
With 12d View you can:
- Open existing 12d Model projects (saved either inside 12d Synergy or externally on your server).
- Look at the project data in 12da, 12daz, IFC, DWG and many other file formats, by creating a temporary 12d View project.
You can measure and inquire on surface and solids and view any attributes that have been assigned.
You can Review and Markup 12d Model designs.
12d View is available for both 12d Model V14 and 12d Model V15 Projects.

There are thee ways to use 12d View after you have installed the software.
Option 1. Open an existing 12d Model Project (on your server) using the usual browse method from the “Project Launcher” menu.
Option 2. Drag and Drop a 12da, 12daz, 12dXML, DWG, DXF, GENIO, ADAC or IFC onto the 12d View splash screen or 12dView Desktop icon.
This creates a temporary 12d View project and opens the reader for the file you have dropped. Press ‘Read’ to read the data into the temporary project.
Once you exit 12d View the temporary project is deleted. There is no save, but you can “Markup” the information provided and “Publish” your comments about hte data provided.
Option 3. Open an existing 12d Model Project in your “12d Synergy” workspace. The User must have 12d Synergy installed and can browse to the location of the project as usual. When opening the 12d Project, the User can simple change the “Version” from 12d Model eg,”v15 x64″ to 12d View eg, “v15 view x64” this will open the project via 12d View. You may be asked to Register 12d View.
Registration is free, and after you have registered the ‘reminder’ to register will not pop up again.
Everything will work if 12d View is not Registered, but the ‘reminder’ will pop up.
