This tool is used to create a CAD Line String. I.e. a line with multiple vertices.

The CAD Line String option can be found from the CAD Line Toolbar.
It is the 3rd option along the flyout.
The CAD Line String option can also be found on the menu.
Use: CAD => Line => Line String
CAD Control Bar Options
The String is created and placed using the details from the CAD Control Bar, these include, String Name, Model, Colour, Z – Value, Linestyle, Weight and Tinable.
