This option copies the elements in all models matching a specified Model mask, to a single, merged target model.
Each successive matching model are copied, and translated by the user (delta) dx, dy and dz direction values.
Element attributes “original model name”, “original function name” are set on the copied elements, for traceability and potential de-merging. And if elements are translated, extra attributes are set to record the amount: “model merge translation x”, “model merge translation y” and “model merge translation z”.
If the “Copy models alphabetically by model name” is ticked on by the User, that is the order of the copied data. If not ticked, the data is copied in database order.
