The .fld file is 12d models original field file format. The newer format is the .12dfield file. Click here to learn about the differences between the field file formats for 12d Model.
To export a .fld file from Leica Captivate using a stylesheet, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the job containing the data you wish to export
Step 2: Click on Export data
Step 3: Select Stylesheet
Step 4: Select your job type, what stylesheet to use, the device to export to, the folder on the chosen device to write the file to and finally the Output file name. Then press “OK”.
Your file will now exist in the nominated folder of the selected device.
