To export a .csv file from Captivate, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click on the job containing the data you wish to export
Step 2: Click on Export data
Step 3: Select ASCII
Step 4: Choose the device you want to export the data to. In this example I am using an SD card.
Step 5: Choose the folder, on the device, that you wish the exported data file to be written to. In this example my folder name is “Data”.
Step 6: Input the name of the file to be exported and change the file extension from “.txt” to “.csv”
Step 7: Choose whether or not to export the header information. Then press “OK”.
Your file will now exist in the nominated folder of the selected device
