This 12d option is “Dead to us”!
The tool was originally created to help amend data related to the old “Alignment” string type. This is now superseded and should not be used.
For light reading, the 12d Reference manual still outlines the various modes, but no-one has used this tool in many a year.
To view this Panel, Use: “Design => Apply => Amend VG”
